Dr Toni Templeton
Dr Toni Templeton is a Research Scientist at the 91ÁÔÆæ Education Research Center. She earned her PhD in Higher Education Leadership and Policy Studies at the 91ÁÔÆæ. Her research seeks to influence policy and practice by illuminating manifestations of racism and white supremacy in the public education system, with particular focus on educational outcomes and school finance.
