Instructional Strategies
While there are a wide variety of active learning strategies, they are all based on the central principle of "involving students in doing things and thinking about the things they are doing." (Bonwell & Eison 1991). Designing such activities will require planning before the class. We highly recommend that you consult with your College Instructional Designer on how best to integrate these strategies with your content.
