Career Highlights
With more than 20 years of experience in lodging operations, Akash Grover has held leadership roles with globally recognized hospitality brands including InterContinental Hotels Group, Marriott International, and Hilton Hotels. His career spans hotel operations, facilities management, and complex project execution—successfully leading large-scale renovations, capital improvements, and operational optimization initiatives across multifaceted hospitality environments.
Akash also serves as a subject matter expert for TransfrVR, where he contributes to the development of immersive VR training simulations focused on real-world facilities management. He is an active member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and the IFMA Hospitality Council, staying engaged with industry innovation, emerging technology, and best practices.
