As part of a recent refresh, Eric’s unveiled a revitalized outdoor patio and an elevated menu that reflects Houston’s global culinary diversity. From Apple Cider Marinated Double Pork Chop to Blackened Salmon and Cajun Seafood Pasta, our chef-driven dishes are served with care and flair for both lunch and dinner.

True to Hilton College’s leadership in hospitality innovation, Eric’s became home to Houston’s first robot server, Servi—seamlessly blending cutting-edge tech with top-tier service.
Signature Drinks & Bar Bites
Enjoy student-crafted cocktails and creative mocktails developed by Hilton College mixologists, including the Cougar Mule, Eric’s Espresso Martini, and the “Pawmegranate” Mimosa. Our happy hour menu (available weekdays from 4–7 p.m.) also features shareable bites like Bourbon Brisket Sliders and Street Tacos.
